| My Walk with God at UCI |

When I was a student at UC Irvine, I was fortunate enough to be with Christian Students at UCI. These Christians love the Lord, love the Word and were great companions while I was in college. Through them I found what it means to love God and to enjoy God.
My college years were memorable not only because I accomplished personal academic goals but also because the Lord Jesus Christ was a vital part of my college experience. I have fond memories of singing with fellow Christian students, having Bible studies during lunch breaks and just being with fellow Christians who were pursuing to know God. Moreover, I was cared for very much by some Christian couples who invited us students to their homes. Since my home was so far away, their homes became my home and they became my family. These older Christians became my pattern both humanly and spiritually. They were also a source of encouragement and help.
I really thank God for placing me in the midst of such genuine Christians. As a result, my walk with God has been strengthened and I find myself loving the Lord more and more. It has been such a sweet and marvelous experience being at UCI and in Christian homes. Thank you Lord!
